She
had the privilege of becoming our first bred champion. I
had the privilege of sharing her life the short time she was here.
I
REMEMBER:
When you were born and couldn't wait even then to embrace and
experience life to it's fullest.
When
you grew to a lovely young lady, showing the world what excellence
was.
Your
penchant for mischevious thievery-stealing everyone else's toys
and claiming them as your own.
The
sound of your pawsteps coming up the back deck stairs and then
your little face peering in through the french doors.
Your
flirting with strangers - poking them in the legs with your nose
for attention, wiggling in anticipation until they finally noticed
you.
Your
zest for life, your sense of humor, your insatiable curiosity.
Most
of all, I remember you and how you touched my life with your presence,
my whirling little blue light. I miss you terribly and
now there's a vast, empty place where there used to be you.
